  • Worked with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to write the Good Food. Good Move website from scratch.

  • Wrote upbeat and empowering web content to communicate to Texans receiving SNAP services (food stamps) that small changes add up to big results.

  • Created a year’s worth of social media messages that included budget-friendly, nutritious recipes, tips for saving at the grocery store, and easy ways to sneak in exercise throughout the day.

Driscoll Hospital Magazine: The Miraculous Story of Separating Conjoined Twins

  • Wrote several articles as part of a special print publication detailing the hospital’s extraordinary experience delivering and separating conjoined twins.  

3-2-1 Run Course

  • Worked with running guru Valerie Hunt to write her RUN RX 3-2-1 Run course, which teaches runners the mechanics of proper running form and provides exercises and tutorials for running pain-free.

Hearing and Vision Screening Training Manual, Power Points, and Videos

  • Wrote video scripts, manuals, and Power Points to be used during hearing and vision screening training sessions.

  • Worked with a team of subject matter experts at the Texas Department of State Health Services to ensure the latest hearing and vision policies and recommendations were reflected in the trainings.

  • Simplified the complex anatomy and mechanics of hearing and vision and screening requirements for an audience of volunteer screeners.

  • Managed the entire project—from budgeting, to timelines, to coordinating video shoots and manual design—in addition to writing all content.  

At Home Décor Superstore Email Marketing Campaign

  • Wrote weekly emails with design tips and home decor inspiration.

 Tiko Luggage Company Manifesto

  • Worked with the founder of Tiko, a start-up luggage company, to develop a company manifesto. The manifesto, which defines the soul of the company, came to life in the “GO” poster, a coveted perk for early investors.
